On June 7. 2022. Mr. Zhang Baoquan, Secretary-General of the Automotive Aftermarket Service Branch of the China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA), together with his delegation, visited CNGfilm for an inspection and industry exchange. The visit provided an in-depth look at the company’s manufacturing facilities, R&D capabilities, production technologies, and achievements in independent innovation.

The delegation was welcomed and accompanied throughout the visit by Mr. Jun Shan, Chairman and General Manager of CNGfilm, and Mr. Junteng Xu, Assistant General Manager.

During the tour, the delegation visited CNGfilm’s comprehensive laboratory, R&D center, precision coating production line, and TPU casting production facility. Particular attention was given to the company’s strategic development in advanced TPU material applications and its vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities. The delegation highly praised the achievements and operational standards of CNGfilm’s Phase I production base.

Chairman Jun Shan introduced the manufacturing technologies behind TPU Paint Protection Film (PPF), including precision coating processes, key technical challenges within the industry, and the innovative solutions developed by CNGfilm. He also shared the company’s commitment to continuous research and development, product quality, and technological innovation.

Following a comprehensive review of CNGfilm’s background, production capabilities, and technical strengths, Secretary-General Zhang Baoquan emphasized the importance of establishing standardized quality systems across China’s automotive aftermarket industry. He noted that variations in product quality and supplier qualifications continue to present challenges for OEMs and large enterprise groups during procurement and supplier management.

To address these issues, the Automotive Aftermarket Service Branch of CADA plans to further promote industry-wide standards compliance initiatives for both automotive accessories manufacturers and automotive sales enterprises. The program aims to improve industry transparency, encourage fair competition, optimize supply chain efficiency, and support the long-term healthy development of the automotive aftermarket ecosystem.

Chairman Jun Shan expressed strong support for CADA’s standards compliance initiative, highlighting that CNGfilm, as a Vice-Chairman Member of the association, will actively participate in and support the implementation of industry standards. He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to contributing its expertise, technological strengths, and manufacturing capabilities to the sustainable growth of the automotive aftermarket industry.
