At this year’s exhibition, CNGfilm unveiled the “mystery” behind TPU cast film production—demonstrating how TPU raw materials transform from semi-transparent polymer pellets into high-performance paint protection film (PPF) rolls. To provide visitors with a more intuitive understanding of the full manufacturing process, the company also showcased a customized TPU casting experimental line developed exclusively for its R&D center by LabTech. This remains one of the only dedicated TPU casting demonstration lines of its kind in China.

Through live demonstrations and technical presentations, attendees were able to clearly observe the intrinsic performance characteristics of TPU paint protection films, while gaining deeper insight into their evolving applications across automotive protection and styling scenarios. The interactive showcase not only highlighted CNGfilm’ strong R&D capabilities, but also sparked meaningful discussions on the future development of PPF technologies.
