CHINA, April 11, 2024 — The automotive aftermarket's first national group standard governing color wrapping film — T/CPQSA 0021-2024 "Color Wrapping Film for Vehicle Modification" — was formally published on April 11, 2024, at the 6th Automotive High-Performance Key Film Materials Industry Chain Development Forum and 2nd Automotive Film Standards Symposium. CNGfilm participated as a named co-drafter and has been formally recognized by the issuing authority with an official standard participation certificate.

Prior to T/CPQSA 0021-2024, China's color wrapping film market lacked a unified technical benchmark, leaving buyers and installers without a consistent quality evaluation framework. The new group standard establishes binding technical requirements, performance thresholds, and application conditions for color wrapping film products across the automotive modification sector — developed through structured collaboration among industry associations, academic experts, and leading manufacturers.
Its core content covers product composition requirements, optical and mechanical performance indicators, durability and safety thresholds, and installation condition specifications — parameters that directly determine long-term product reliability in the field.

CNGfilm was invited to participate in the drafting and compilation of T/CPQSA 0021-2024 alongside peer manufacturers, technical experts, and standards bodies. The company contributed to defining the standard's core technical content — including performance specifications, material quality thresholds, and usage condition parameters — drawing on its vertically integrated manufacturing experience across TPU film casting, precision coating, and functional material modification.

Upon completion of the drafting process, CNGfilm received an official certificate from the standard's issuing authority, confirming its substantive contribution to the benchmark now applied across China's color wrapping film industry.
