CNGfilm to Exhibit at 2023 AAITF Beijing, Unveiling Live TPU Casting Demonstration

BEIJING, February 1. 2023 — CNGfilm will exhibit at the 32nd China International Automotive Aftermarket Industry &

Tuning Trade Fair (AAITF) Beijing, taking place February 11–14 at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue),

Booth E1F01. The company will use the platform to present its full-stack PPF manufacturing process live on the show floor —

including a working TPU casting pilot line — giving distributors and procurement managers a direct view of the production

infrastructure behind its automotive film products.

CNGfilm's exhibit centers on a single, rarely seen demonstration: the complete journey from raw TPU pellet to finished

automotive protective film, conducted in real time. Visitors will observe high-performance TPU resin pellets fed through a

dedicated PPF casting pilot line — equipment purpose-built for CNGfilm's R&D center — producing optical-grade TPU base

film under controlled process conditions.

The demonstration is designed to answer the questions that product brochures cannot: how a film's base material is formed,

what process controls govern thickness consistency, and why upstream material decisions determine long-term field

performance. CNGfilm's sales and technical engineering team will be present throughout the show to walk visitors through

each stage and address specification questions directly.
