Installation Environment
Ensure that all paint protection film products are cut and installed in a controlled environment to prevent negative effects on the product's appearance and performance caused by factors such as temperature, static electricity, and other adverse environmental conditions.

Before Installation
Conduct a thorough cleaning and pretreatment of the vehicle paint to eliminate any particle residue and oil contamination on the surface, which can lead to quality issues during or after installation.

After Installation
1. Avoid washing the vehicle for at least one week after installation,and prevent prolonged exposure to rainwater.
2. Ensure that the adhesive is fully bonded and wet to the paintsurface for optimal adhesion and long-lasting performance.

1.What's the MOQ per color and per order?
- There’s no MOQ. You can order any quantity and mix colors freely.
2.Is your PPF TPU or PVC?
- Our clear PPF is made from Aliphatic TPU.
  
  We do not focus on PVC for paint protection, as TPU provides much better elasticity, self-healing performance, and long-term anti-yellowing stability.
  
  For long-term protection and premium market positioning, TPU is always the better choice.
3.What's the price per roll for each series?
- Pricing depends on the product line, series, and finish. Share the products and quantities you are interested in, and we will send you the relevant price list. Specialty products and certain finishes may be priced differently from standard options.
4.What products do you carry right now?
- We offer a complete automotive film lineup including Color PPF, Clear PPF (gloss), Matte PPF, Window Film, Windshield Protection Film, and Headlight Protection Film.
5.Can you reserve a roll for me once I confirm?
- Yes. If a roll is in stock, we can reserve it for you for 3 days once you confirm the order and we align on payment timing.
6.How fast is delivery to the US, Canada, EU, Middle East?
- For in stock products, shipment can be arranged within 2 days after payment confirmation. Transit time depends on service level. Express shipments are often around 4-9 business days.For pallet or sea freight, timelines are longer. We will quote options based on your order size.
7.What's the warranty and what does it cover?
- Warranty length depends on the product line. It typically covers manufacturing defects such as cracking, delamination, and abnormal discoloration under normal use and proper installation.
8.What thickness options do you offer (clear,matte, color)?
- We offer multiple thickness options depending on product line. Color PPF thickness typically ranges between 7.2 mil and 8.0mil depending on the specific color. We can provide spec sheets per SKU.
